Delete your SuLok account

If you want to delete your SuLok account and associated SuLok data, you can use the in-app self-service flow or request account deletion directly through support without opening the app.

Option 1: Delete your account in the SuLok app

  1. Sign in to the SuLok app.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Open Account Information.
  4. Tap More Options.
  5. Tap Delete Account.
  6. When you see "Delete Account?", tap Confirm.

After your account is deleted, you will be signed out of the app.

Option 2: Request deletion without using the app

If you cannot access the app, send an account deletion request to contact@sulok.com.

Please send the request from your registered email address when possible, and include:

  • Your SuLok user handle
  • Your registered email address
  • A short note that you want your SuLok account deleted

Before you delete your account

Your account deletion request may not succeed if you still own draft or published Loks in SuLok. Please delete any draft or published Loks you own before requesting account deletion.

What is deleted

When your account deletion request is completed, SuLok deletes your profile and associated SuLok data, including profile content, profile images, and related in-app records tied to your account.

Some cleanup may complete in the background after the initial request succeeds.

What may be retained

SuLok or its payment and service providers may retain limited records where required for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
